Revolution in Indian Book Indstry

Indian book industry and Indian Book market is very large. India has more than 250 Million potential  readers.
Although e-book Market is booming and e-books have become famous enough; till  it  is not  successful to replace print book. On the another hand Indian young generation has started to write and many talents are emerging. But lengthy and complicated filters of traditional book publishers have not extended their hand to each and  every writers. Unfortunately many talented  writers may not have chance to be published.
But wait there comes Self-publishing option which is very handy and rapid way to publish a book. Educreation, white falcon, Cinnamon-teal and many others are in market to fetch money from Authors. These company definitely help authors to publish but their prizes and charges halt the book to  reach readers.
Below is the  example...
A simple 250 pages long standard 5"X 8" size novel prize
100-150 rupees if traditionally published.
200-300 Rupees if self-published
In addition thousands of rupees are being charged by these self publishers for various services like Cover-designing, Interior- designing, copy-editing, also For ISBN number which is freely available in India...
After these much efforts and money being spent, Books  fail  to sell; even thought it is written best.
Why?
  • More than 2 million books are published in a year in whole world.
  • Publishers do not take care to market books.
  • Readers and retailers do not know about book published; Readers come to know only after a book is famous enough or have publicity enough.
  • There is not any chain or media that can distribute Book information to readers. (There may be argument that books listed on amazon is accessible to readers; but amazon has listed more than 2 million books and so  other e-retailers also. So book buyer can reach your book only he search by your book title. And tell me how many of potential buyer will search your name on Amazon or Google?)
And there is solution now...
HRCpublisher

HRCpublisher is founded by Mother organization Bhoomihealthcity- an off paper organization helping the creative talents; Bhoomihealthcity has done research in Self-publishing market as well as in Traditional book market in last two years by publishing books authored by its own members. It has reached to almost all well-known self-publishers and got book published; They researched each and every difficulties a published book has to face and extract of that resulted in a solution HRCpublisher.
Currently the organization is headed by Dr. Pradip Chauhan (President)

What will HRCpublisher do?

  • Professional  review of book to be published/ already published (That gives author insight of the book; and he can make changes in book)
  • The company fetches reviews to books.
  • It will help self-published book to be sold at competitive prize
  • It will make books data available to potential readers, book retailers and distributors
  • The  company is releasing first issue of the Magazine; the first magazine in India dedicated to Book industry. That will have various sections including professional reviews; New book releases, Book promotion and many others.
In near future HRCpublisher will also put its feet into Publishing industry; what will be advantage? Free publishing for every author who have written a book. (Like Createspace publisher; but the per unit book prize will be very low and competitive to traditionally published book)

Although it will charge most of the services provided by it...but till the date 30th June, 2016. The company is providing professional book review package costing 5000 rupees for free (But wait the  author/publisher will have to pay 750 rupees for various arrangement. But it is vary reasonable...)

Interview with Company president

Que: Why this company? When there are all-ready so many publishers?

Ans: Indian Book publishers both traditional and self-publishers fail to reach Potential readers; Book industry runs on very low margin and can not afford costly print media advertisement; although there is few exception but they are only two or three.
And we want maximum Indian readers to reach a book, buy it and read it. We really want India to buy and read a book..

Que: How will be it done?

Ans: As you can see we are releasing a magazine dedicated to book only; and gradually it will reach to maximum number of potential readers like a newspaper. And each and every person will have an information of the books released- to be released each month.
But for all these we need huge support of publishers, authors, media and readers also. We have vision, plan and intelligence power to execute it. We need all to put trust in us.

Que: I have checked your website HRCpublisher.wordpress.com ; you have used wordpress for this professional company; that is really questionable.

Ans: We have bought HRCpublisher.in, HRcpublisher.com, Hrcublisher.org and HRCpublisher.wordpress.com also. Wordpress is very easy to interact with authors and readers and we are planning to make this website interactive. Soon we will clear our first step and then we will be back to our main site HRCpublisher.com which is under construction.

Que: Will you make money? or this is Non-profit organization?

Ans:
  • Professional review service will be chargeable after 1st July,2016.
  • We charge for other marketing and review package
  • But listing book in section of Hot upcoming/ New release section will be exclusively free. (Can be submitted on this page https://hrcpublisher.wordpress.com/books/)
  • As well books on promotion will be listed for free (we will release soon this page also)

Que: I have noticed call for reviewers on your website.

https://hrcpublisher.wordpress.com/reviewer/

Ans: Yes, we are welcoming reviewers now and onward also; they are asset for us. Currently we have more than 100 reviewers in addition 10 Professional reviewers. But we are open forever to any reviewer.

Que: Will you pay to each and eveery reviewers?

Ans: If i talk in form of money; Initially we will not pay  but reviewer will do have many advantages. They will get many rewards in form of our various services.

Que: Will you fetch data or authors and publishers need to submit it.

Ans: We have decided currently to include books only submitted to us by authors/publishers.
I insist authors to submit their book for marketing and Professional review; we currently will  include submitted books only...
Books can be submitted for review package on this page

or if book is recently published or is to be published in near future can be submitted on this page (This is exclusively free service)

Que: What is your message to authors?

Ans: I request all authors to take advantage of this and please get your book listed on the site; so that your book can reach to maximum number of potential readers. Getting listed your book is currently exclusively free.

Portrait of Girls I never Met

'Portraits of Girls I Never Met' by Rebecca Rijsdijk

Empathy in body of poems and Short stories...

(7 out of 10 star)

'Portrait of Girls I Never met' is small incidences taking place in day to day life. More than 90 incidences and Poems in the book are entirely different from each other still connected by feelings of love, Empathy and also sadness. The memories of loved one, hatred one and no one.
Simple, short writing make the heavy feelings of the book  light read.
One of the poem is no longer than seven words while the incidences are two pages long  maximum; still reader can feel the hidden feeling all of those.
Monochrome cover page could have been improved.
At places interest in the book is interupted ; but can be ignored.
This nice effort by the author has potential to become a successful portrait.
The book will be good company in rainy night for reader who have lost their close person...

It's all there, and it's painful and beautiful." - Sofia Romualdo 'Portraits of Girls I never Met' is a collection of short stories and poems dealing with loss, love and other growing pains.

'Our Impossible Love' by Durjoy Dutta - Complication because of curiosity...

'Our Impossible Love' Authored by Durjoy Dutta

'Complications because of curiosity...hesitation of age bar....'

'Complication because of curiosity...hesitation of age bar....'

My ratinngs: (7.5 out of 10)

Title (7.5 out of 10)

Title suits with the Thought and mind of of protagonist- Danish..but if you see with care the title on the cover page is written in different style,'Im Possible'....that suits with the efforts of Danish in the story....

Cover page (6 out of 10) :

Name of the author is enough to consider the cover page...

Plot (7 Out of 10) :

The family relations in the book cover up the poor plotted love story; Very well described the relation of brother and  sister, mother and daughter, parents and  son....
The best thing author has done is relations of Two brothers...
This is a stereotype love story; nothing new in plot. But the writing style of the author can grip the reader.
I felt the climax was unnecessarily stretched and little  bit boring...
But Author has put new ideas in the book also like gay relationship and its acceptance in the society....I appreciate author to dare this thing.

Entertainment ( 7 out of 10):

In spite of poor plot being a good Author Durjoy is successful to mix all type of entertainment with the story and  that is why he is best seller;

Character (9 out of 10):

Each and every character is well written;
Aisha- Fighting with problems gifted along with puberty - represents the life of all girls...wonderfully written...
Danish- Mind of less achiever son of parents...
all other characters have been given  enough footage also...

'Initial few chapters are only about sex, sex and sex...only..??

Who should read: everyone who likes love story; Who loves to read adult contents...also can try this book without getting frowned eyes from your parents..Teenage girls- you have message in the book. must read....

Who should not read : If you have read lots of love story...then there is nothing new in the book...

My recommendation: Grab the copy and read the book specially College boys and girls....

Blurb of the book:

Blurb of the book:

Aisha, a bit of a late bloomer, has to figure out what it means to be a woman and
to be desired. Danish feels time is running out for him and he’s going to end
up as a nobody, as opposed to his overachieving, determined younger brother.

Life takes a strange turn when Danish, the confused idiot, is appointed as the
student counsellor to Aisha. Between the two of them they have to figure out love,
life, friendship—most of all, themselves. And it’s not proving to be . . . easy?

Our Impossible Love presents
Life the way it is and
Love the way it should be

' Akss' By Anusha Garg Heart touching feelings of a teenage college girl..

अक्स By Anusha Garg

Heart touching and thoughts provoking feelings of a teenage college girl..

My ratings 7.5 out of 10

Title (8 out of 10):

अक्स- I was little bit confused between Aksh and Akss when i read the title but after that it was clear that it is अक्स- means à¤ªà¤°à¤›ाई. It really suits with few of the poems although not with  all.

Cover page (6.5 Out of 10):

Suits the title; it is more meaning full rather than attractive. A blue sky, blue water, grey hill and there is an alone tree. Is it alone? There is à¤…क्स with it; and how can i forget the large moon at the edge of the water...not only this much but the large tree is sheltering a little tree is also...
And the same thoughts are in the poems of this book...

Contain and  Writing (7 out of 10):

The Author has put her thoughts Honestly and in doing so she has forgotten to organize them all. And as a result few of the poem have lost charm like in the following part of the Poem, ' Khushi' ख़ुशी'  ; The whole poem is  written  in different  parts but all parts fails to connect with each other....

But most of other poems catches the  reader..
There are satier like à¤µ्यंगय नेतानी also...where a story of a bird is told and how its nest is destoryed by a worker in the office of the leader..
Love, hesitation, loneliness, Submission, Desire and  everything are described in the  bunch of these 38 poems..and  collectively all creattes and image of a girl searching  for herself, celebrating life; playing  with different colours of life...

The poem catching the title is...

And author has not left the chance to describe the beuty of a lady in decent words...

Author has written all poems in simple language so that an average reader can understand it easily....

Who should read?: Those who love to read feelings...
Who should not read: Actually all should read....Nobody should not read..
My recommendeation is  grab the copy and  read the book.

SIDDHARTH By Herman Hesse

SIDDHARTH By Herman Hesse

My ratings: 10 out 10
I am not eligible to review this book...because this one is the best anyone could have written..
This is the story of 'Siddharth' who want to find 'self'; and he does everything he could to find self. But in the process he hurts his parents' feelings . Once he finds answer of all his questions but there was many thing in the world he did not know.

I do not have words to describe the greatness of the book.
This book is eye opener for everyone; for son, for father, for teacher, for friend. Nobody could have written better than it; the author has described everything wonderfully and in a manner the reader would merge into it...
There are places where the author has used some heavy words but being reader i did not find difficulty to digest it...because it suits the plot,
Every character in the book is well written.
Climax and open ended...and puts a though in the mind of the reader...
The best thing i like in the book is skill of 'Siddharth' 'I can wait, i can fast and i can think'
Disclosure: I have read the Gujarati edition of the book and now again read it in original english edition.

About the Author

When this German novelist, poet, and essayist publicly denounced the savagery and hatred of World War I, he was considered a traitor. He moved to Switzerland where he eventually became a naturalized citizen. He warned of the advent of World War II, predicting that cultureless efficiency would destroy the modern world. His theme is the conflict between the elements of a person's dual nature and the problem of spiritual loneliness. His first novel, Peter Camenzind, was published in 1904. His masterpiece, Death and the Lover (1930), contrasts a scholarly abbot and his beloved pupil, who leaves the monastery for the adventurous world. Steppenwolf (1927), a European bestseller, was published when defeated Germany had begun to plan for another war. It is the story of Haller, who recognizes in himself the blend of the human and wolfish traits of the completely sterile scholarly project. Hesse won the Nobel Prize in 1946. During the 1960s Hesse became a favorite writer of the counter culture, especially in the United States, though his critical reputation has never equaled his popularity. Hermann Hesse died in 1962.
